Vasudha Sondhi

Managing Director

Vasudha is responsible for overall business strategy and direction, including the company's sales, marketing and operations efforts. With more than 20 years of experience in travel and hospitality business, her vision is behind the company's growth. Vasudha has worked with Taj Hotels, Hyatt Regency, Forte and Le Merdien Hotels and SITA World Travels. She holds a hotel management degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Mumbai and a Bachelors Degree in World Geography and Public Administration. She speaks 4 Indian languages, English and French.

Vani Singh

A graduate of Delhi University, Vani joined tourism industry and started her career with Mercury travels India Pvt Ltd. She has had over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry having worked with Star Cruises and Macau Government tourism office. Vani has been with Outbound Marketing since 2006 handling sales assignments for Indo China Services and Pegasus Incoming. Since 2008 she has been heading the tourism board division.

Ashish Bhandari

Ashish has completed his MBA from The Indian Institute of Planning and Management in Marketing and Finance. He also holds a bachelors degree in Commerce. His experience is with marketing destinations. Ashish was associated with Jamaica Tourism Board prior to joining Outbound Marketing. He has also worked with Premium Vegetable Oils Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Grasim Industries in the Marketing Department.

Palanisamy

Palanisamy completed Post graduation in Tourism Administration (MTA) along with a diploma in Catering Technologies specializing in Front Office Management. Has a total of 14 years work experience having worked with Cruise and Travels where he headed the sales and operations team.

Tarun

Tarun is pursuing his MBA from IFCAI University, Tripura. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce & Diploma in Computer Application. Tarun was associated with Starwood Hotels Global Sales & Meridien Regional Sales Office prior to joining Outbound Marketing. He has also worked with Ananda In the Himalayas and Nikko Hotels. Has 12 yrs of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Pruthi

Pruthi has completed his MBA (Tourism) from Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. His experience is with both Sales & Operations. He was associated with Orbit Tours & Trade fairs prior to joining to Outbound Marketing. Pruthi has been with Outbound Marketing for 5 years handling various hotels & destination management assignments.

Sridhar Karra

Sridhar Karra holds an MBA degree in Marketing & HR from Punjab Technical University. He has 7 Yrs of experience in the hospitality industry. Sridhar has been in the hospitality and travel industry and previously associated with companies, namely Air Sahara Airlines, Club One Air, ITC Group of Hotels, FCM Travel Solutions and Carlson Hotels.
